按下面步骤排查

1. 邮箱、邮箱授权码录入是否正确。
2. 邮箱是否开通授权码，qq邮箱开通授权码方法 https://www.yiyisoft.com/news/2843.html
3. 开通授权码后，在双翼软件中要使用授权码代替原来的邮箱密码。
4. 如果以前能正常发送，并未改动过，有可能是发的太快了，过15分钟后再发，建议设置账户策略，不要发太快，策略设置方法 https://www.yiyisoft.com/n/help/account_setting.html#policy
